New Subdivisions for Armidale

R F Wright & Associates are proud to be associated with the design and project management of four new subdivisions in Armidale. One has been just completed consisting of 10 new lots in Dowat Subdivision - extension of McCarthy Crescent in North Armidale. The next stage of this subdivision is in the planning stage and this stage will consists of another eight lots making this Stage 6 of the subdivision.
The other two subdivisions that are currently under construction are Duval Gardens Estate consisting of 23 lots and The Heights on Erskine consisting of 15 lots. Both subdivisions offer good blocks of land with good views and the land is already selling well and both of these projects are evidence of optimisim in Armidale's future.
